What will this trip feel like?

Taste two of the most iconic products of El Salvador where they are born. In the morning you walk an organic cacao farm on the coast of La Libertad and taste cacao, coconut water and fresh fruit. After lunch with an ocean view, you climb to the cool mountains of the Cordillera del Bálsamo to visit Finca Montealegre, an organic coffee farm, and meet the people who grow it.

Itinerary

  1. Hotel pickup.

  2. Guided tour of Finca Varsovia, an organic cacao farm in San Diego, La Libertad (2.5 hours).

  3. Drive to Tomadulu.

  4. Lunch with an ocean view at Tomadulu.

  5. Drive up to the Cordillera del Bálsamo.

  6. Tour of Finca Montealegre, an organic coffee farm, with coffee tasting and quesadilla de arroz (2 hours).

  7. Drive back.

  8. Back at your hotel.
